Winner at the CHIO Aachen 2017

A young show jumper with world-class quality on the way to the upper class of show jumping: That’s Don Diarado. His career started already by becoming premium stallion at his licensing in 2011, with a top-modern appearance, long-legged with absolutely striking jumping-ability. At his 30-day test in Redefin he received the perfect score 10.0 for free-jumping and finished with a phenomenal final score of 9.75 for his jumping-talent.

Don Diarado made a successful debut in sport too: he won in series in tests for young show jumpers and, as expected, was finalist at the Bundeschampionat in Warendorf as well as at the World Championship for young show jumpers in Lanaken under Philip Bölle. In 2017, at the age of eight, he moved under the saddle of Maurice Tebbel with whom he was right away victorious and placed with the best at international top level such as classes up to 1.55m in Aachen, Balve, Hamburg, Stuttgart, Olivia/ESP etc. Just recently this pair was highly placed in the grand prix of Frankfurt and victorious in the U-25-final at the CHIO in Aachen.

Don Diarado operates currently as one of the most excellent youngsters in Germany. His first offspring are characterized by a large frame, long legs combined with appealing action of movements and a highly modern type. First jumping impressions let us see the sire’s exceptional qualities in view of attentiveness and scope. In 2016 a first promising son was licensed in Westphalia where he stood out due to his exorbitant manner of jumping especially. The sire Diarado was Holsteiner Champion Stallion and stallion performance test winner. In sport he took the bronze medal at the 2010’ Bundeschampionat for five-year old show jumpers and is meanwhile successful at advanced (S) level. He represents the line of his important sire Diamant de Semilly, who characterized both the French show jumper breeding and the breeding worldwide like no other. For years he has been placed among the top sires in the WBSFH ranking and has been operated as most successful jumper sire worldwide due to his countless offspring competing at 1.60m level.

The dam’s sire Lord Lancer competed internationally in show jumping up to advanced class under his sport’s name Castles Forbes Lord Lancer with his rider Jessica Kürten. The following former state stud sire in the line of ancestors, Circus, provides the coveted refinement-blood over the Anglo-Arabian Cacir AA and Thoroughbred Homer xx in the later generations.
