Dear breeders,

Again, another year of breeding and sport went by. The year 2015 was something really special for the stud: Two German Champions, two times silver and one time bronze at the European Championships and European Team Championships for Junior Riders – what a year!

However, to look at things in the right sequences: Among the jumping riders, Cashmoaker and Denis Nielsen won the title “German Champion” sovereignly. Then, Cashmoaker was proclaimed “Stallion of the Year 2015” and is now named DSP Cashmoaker. But Desperados FRH and Kristina Bröring-Sprehe are certainly no less exciting: They took the title in both dressage competitions, the Grand Prix and the Grand Prix Freestyle. At the following emotionally charged European Championships in Aachen they won firstly the bronze medal with the team and then, they achieved the silver for their fantastic performance in the Grand Prix Special and in the Freestyle as well. Winning the title European Dressage Team Champion of Junior Riders was the greatest achievement of the 17-year old Kristin Biermann, daughter of Martina Biermann and Albert Sprehe, with her successful horse Zwetcher.

From the breeding point of view Stakkato Gold was the absolute highlight as “Hanoverian Stallion of the Year 2015”. But not just because of this, but also because he ranked himself again on 1st place in FN’s predicted breeding value statistic and, furthermore, caused attention with premium stallions at different licensing sites.

As follow-up to his impressive debut in breeding, Millennium increased his number of licensed sons to 19. We are also really glad that Hickstead White, who was the “shooting star” with a unique blood connection, met impressively all expectations of equine experts with becoming winning stallion at his 30-day test in Neustadt/Dosse. Destano gave prove of his quality as sire in presenting Austria’s champion stallion and Fürst Wilhelm sired the Bundeschampion of three-year old stallions.

Again, we have been able to enrich our stallion lot with further special alternatives for the upcoming season and, therefore, we look forward to the year 2016 with confidence, wish you a lot of success and thank you cordially for the trust you have shown us in the past years.
