Winner in breeding and sport

Like father, like son: Like Coupe d'Or in 2010, Coupe Gold was as well striking licensing winner of OS-International in Vechta in 2014. Type, conformation and frame speak a clear language: Coupe Gold is a performance stallion you couldn't wish for a better one. On the occasion of the Oldenburg Stallion Days 2014 he received applause repeatedly for his first-class performance in free-jumping, but equally for his outstanding good basic gaits. Although he was auctioned to China as most expensive jumper stallion, he makes his debut in breeding at our stud farm. At the end of 2015 he finished his 30-day test, as expected, with outstanding scores for jumping (several times 9.0 and better). In the meantime, he was victorious and placed with the best in tests for young show jumpers. In 2018 he was just six years old, but he has already won not less than 13 competitions including two qualifiers for the Bundeschampionat with ideal scores of 9.0 and 8.8.

By now, Coupe Gold presented three really lovely crops distinguishing themselves by their father‘s very modern type. A high number of his offspring was awarded a premium and many of them became top priced elite auction foals. From his first crop, two sons were licensed in 2018, his son Camp Nou even became premium stallion in Vechta.

The sire Coupe d'Or qualified for the Bundeschampionat and was victorious and placed up to 1.50m-level with Philip Bölle. Coupe Gold’s damsire, Stakkato Gold, is an athlete of the best kind – succeeded internationally in the jumping-course under Jan Sprehe and dominated several times FN's predicted breeding value statistics for jumping, in which he meanwhile outstripped his own sire Stakkato. In 2015 he became “Hanoverian Stallion of the Year”.

Coupe Gold's granddam Larissa collected ribbons in advanced (S) classes under several riders. Her sire, the Holsteiner stallion Landadel, was stallion performance test winner in Medingen in 1985 and had belonged to the leading sires of Germany for many years. The Oldenburg sire-legend Figaro produced, just like the Thoroughbred Kronprinz xx, high-performance horses. Both stallions are pillars of the Oldenburg breeding and have left a decisive mark from generation to generation.
