Dear breeders,

In the past year 2022, the hoped-for return to social normality has succeeded to some extent, but nevertheless the events in Ukraine have shaken us all and shaken the foundations of our society. We are fortunate to be able to continue to live safely in freedom. And even if it is not vital, we can consider ourselves lucky to be able to continue to pursue our and your passion, the horse, in particular horse breeding, without hindrance.

Turning to the horses, we are proud to report that the year 2022 was a particularly successful one for our stud from a sporting and breeding point of view. Our flagship stallion Stakkato Gold has once again proven that he makes world-class show jumpers. His sons Solid Gold Z (Christian Ahlmann) and Stargold (Marcus Ehning) were able to continue their series of successes, but we are particularly pleased that two sons from the 2013 crop have risen so high in sport that they are currently among the most successful nine-year-old show jumpers in the world. Starissa became German Champion under Mario Stevens and Springfield is the world's most successful horse in Nations Cups in 2022 with seven (!) clear rounds under Thomas Ryan. The fact that all four of these horses were trained in our stable is the icing on the cake of this story and makes us particularly proud.

Success stories were also written in the dressage sector, for example, Dimaggio Black made an outstanding international debut in Deauville under Beatrice Arturi, where he was rated 90.60%. The Munich licensing winner Dream Royal has shone at every opportunity and also won his disposition test in Neustadt/Dosse recently with top marks.
