About DSP Dream Royal

Champion stallion and test winner

Jörg Schrödter, dressage expert of the Munich licensing commission, described the brilliant winner of the DSP licensing in Munich as an exceptional phenomenon: "A horse that is second to none.... Simply all in all a horse where you can imagine a great career in breeding, but above all in sport." - and the commission was proved right! Already at his first public appearance under saddle in Vechta, Tanzmeister Dream Royal trotted his way into the hearts of the breeders. Under Beatrice Arturi, he shone in sport as a placed Bundeschampionat finalist and then, once again matured, dominated the predisposition test in Neustadt-Dosse in the fall with top marks. He received 9.2 for trot, 9.5 for canter and willingness to perform and even the highest score of 10.0 for rideability! A weighted final score of 9.29 was the undisputed test victory. In 2023, Dream Royal exceeded the high expectations placed in his foal crop with a remarkably high density and number of positive type and movement scores.

His sire Don Royal was the champion stallion at his licensing, dressage winner in the 14-day test and two-time DSP champion in the riding horse camp. His sire is the movement-opulent Jazz son Don Juan de Hus. His dam Prime represents the famous Neustadt P line and is sired by the Grand Prix stallion Rubin Royal.

The dam Queen Rubin II is sired by Quadroneur, a stallion who also comes from the P family. The strong-moving Quaterback son took part in the final of the Nuremberg Burg Pokal and has since matured into an international Grand Prix horse. His daughter Queen Rubin II also produced the licensed stallions Immendorff (by Asgard's Ibiza) and Best Rubin (by Bon Courage). Her son DSP Big Bang (by Bon Couer) placed in the World Championship final for seven-year-old dressage horses in 2023. The second dam, Residenz, adds Rubin Royal, a strong sire, to the pedigree for a second time. She is also the granddam of the licensed Esperanto, the 2023 DSP Champion of Young Riding Horse Stallions. Residenz has produced an impressive three highly successful dressage horses in the advanced level. DSP Queen Rubin (by Quadroneur), the full sister to Dream Royals dam, has placed at Grand Prix many times, her sister Quando Queen (by Quaterback) even won Grand Prix and Quatarina (by Quaterback) won Prix St. Georges. The third dam, Kiss Me, was a champion mare in the Brandenburg-Anhalt breeding association and became a two-time stallion dam. An exceptional stallion from an exceptional line, the beginning of a success story.
