The Hanoverian sire For Pleasure is one of the show jumping heroes of modern times. He himself won no less than five gold medals at international championships under Lars Nieberg and Marcus Ehning, making him a millionaire early on. Initially unrecognized as a breeder, he achieved great fame posthumously. For Pleasure's offspring inherit their sire's toughness, willingness to perform and boundless ability and are involved in all the world's major arenas. His daughters Flora de Mariposa and Fit for Fun are among the best horses of their generation.

For Planet's dam Miss Cornet is a daughter of Cornet Obolensky, who has passed on his inimitable jumping technique to his offspring like no other and thus ideally complements the attributes of For Pleasure. Cornet Obolensky is already regarded as one of the world's best show jumping sires of modern times. Miss Cornet has already produced two internationally successful show jumpers with Cayetano L and two other licensed sons. The pedigree includes the hereditary Ramiro's Son I, Großglockner and the iron-hard thoroughbred Bucephalos xx. For Planets line can be classified as very hereditary. Two full siblings of Miss Cornet out of the granddam are currently placed at international 1.50m level (Camaro L and Chervona Ruta), the third dam Miss Glockner was herself a multiple winner in the advanced level and is also the granddam of SIG Captain America (jumping 1.60m). Also closely related to For Planet are the full brothers Lorelli and Little Pezi (both 1.60m), Silver Exchange (1.60m) and Noble Champion (1.60m).
