About Tiebreaker

Tiebreaker is the shining licensing winner of the Mecklenburg licensing days 2022. The athlete, who is strictly bred for performance, not only shines with impressive jumping scores, he also presents himself as a convincing overall package with genuine stallion qualities such as habitus and gait potential. Tiebreaker was also able to prove his talent in the short VA with a final score of 8.41. At the beginning of the year, he underlined his performance at the sport test in Münster-Handorf, where he received an 8.6 for his ability.

His sire Taloubet Z genetically combines the best of France and Westphalia via Galoubet A and Polydor. Under Christian Ahlmann, he was one of the most successful horses in the world on the show jumping circuit for many years. His successes include the World Cup Final victory in Leipzig in 2011, team bronze and ninth place in the individual classification at the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro (2016) and barely countable victories in Grand Prix competitions. As a breeding stallion, he only sired a few offspring in his first crops, but several of them reached the 1.60 level, such as the Olympian Taloubetdarco K Z (Toshiki Masui (JPN)).

The dam Kissbreaker is sired by none other than Heartbreaker, fourth in the Grand Prix of Aachen with Peter Geerink (NL). As a show jumping sire of world importance, he is considered to have a special genius, especially in his role as dam's sire. The pedigree continues with Jus de Pomme, Ulrich Kirchhoff's double Olympic champion from Atlanta (1996), and the Westphalian Ramiro son Romeo. Tiebreaker's dam is a sister to five internationally successful show jumpers. Her licensed full brother Faldiano developed impressively in the late fall of his career in 2022. Under Jens Vandenberk (BEL), he won silver in the 1.60m Grand Prix in Lier and bronze in the highly competitive Sires of the World. Another licensed full brother, Goldbreaker, is placed at 1.50m level (Amanda Derbyshire (GBR)). The half-brothers Elano (by Lux / placed at 1.50m level) and Indigo (by Indoctro / placed at 1.55m level) are further proof of the hereditary reliability of this mare line. The direct relationship also includes three championship participants. V de Pomme, full brother to Terminator's granddam, jumped the WEG in Lexington (2010) under Fernando Martinez Zuviria (ARG). Eight years earlier, O de Pomme won team bronze with Stanny van Paesschen (BEL) at the WEG in Jerez de Frontera, and QH Baloudarc LF was seen in the World Championships course in Tryon (2018) under Marcelo Chirico Ferreira (URY).
